Description:	Ryker 5yr old Rotti/GSD mix Ryker was adopted from Paws United Dog Rescue approximately 4 years ago and has been a loved member of his family ever since. Unfortunately, his owner has become palliative, and the family is facing the heartbreaking decision to return him as they can no longer manage his needs. Let’s find this good boy a soft place to land. *Great with all humans — big and small * Good with dogs and cats * Loves to cuddle and be close with his people Ryker does have leash reactivity and may react when hearing dogs from inside the home or yard. It’s important to understand that reactivity is not the same as aggression. He will be seeing our trainer while in foster care to help correct this behaviour. He will require supervision in his new home if he is in a fenced yard as he will at times, jump the fence to see who's walking by. Ryker has: *Lived successfully with another dog *Been fostered with other dogs in the past *Attended doggy daycare in group play for 4 years with no incidents With proper introductions, Ryker can live with another dog without incidents. Ryker has been vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, heartworm tested, and treated with flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
