My name is Bertha and for the last 7 months I have been living with a loving family who has spoiled me with cuddles and toys. I’m an adorable Shar Pei Bulldog mix and my traits are true to my breeds.

In my time living with this family, I have learned that I am more of a people dog, rather than a dog’s dog. As a result, I am looking for a home where I am the only doggo to be fawned over and spoiled with cuddles, toys, treats and kisses.

I warm up quickly to new humans, especially if they come bearing treats or stuffed toys. I love humans of all sizes, but am strong and like can be a bit mouthy when I play so older, dog savvy children would be recommended.

I am crate trained and love to go in my crate to play with my toys, eat treats or relax

My favourite toy is a flirt pole that I will chase until I’m exhausted.

While I train really well with treats, when I’m outside on my leash I am a bit hypervigilant. My current family is muzzle training me for going on walks when other dogs are out.

Bertha has not been cat tested, but it would be recommended that she be the only animal in the home.
